Anita S. Henry Consulting is a leadership coaching and fractional executive practice serving founders, C-suite leaders, and growing organizations navigating periods of complexity. With over twenty years of cross-industry leadership experience, Anita needed a digital home that matched the caliber of the work — calm, considered, and unmistakably executive. The site needed to clearly distinguish her two service tracks, house her long-form thought leadership in “The Perspective,” and quietly capture inbound from newsletter signups and consultation inquiries.

How We Supported

We designed and built Anita’s site on Astro for instant load times and clean search engine indexing, with a content structure she can extend on her own as the practice grows. The visual system is intentionally restrained — a warm neutral palette anchored in her signature blush, generous whitespace, and editorial typography that lets her writing breathe. Service pages cleanly separate Leadership Coaching from Fractional Leadership, with a third tier for bespoke engagements like sales training, performance management, and culture-building. “The Perspective” lives as a content collection she can grow over time, with a dedicated email signup feeding her newsletter pipeline and a structured contact flow funneling prospective clients into a clear intake.
